Our Blend EVO Oil is produced in the mill, with olives of the Rotondella variety and Peranzana, thus creating a perfectly balanced mix of tastes and designed for all needs in the kitchen. Rotondella extra virgin olive oil is ideal for seasoning raw salads, fish carpaccio and bruschetta but also for prepare red meats, aged cheeses and sausage. The aroma that releases this oil, rich in balsamic hints such as rosemary and mint and at the same time spicy notes of black pepper and cinnamon, overall is enveloping and decisive on the nose.
